Poems by Jane Newberry

Jane Newberry is a children’s writer, living in Cornwall and yearning to be a grown-up poet. Retirement three years ago brought more time for trying new literary genres. Hoyden’s Trove (Wheelsong Books) is Jane’s debut collection and she is widely published in magazines and on the internet. Jane’s rhyme book “Big Green Crocodile” was shortlisted for a CLIPPA award in 2021. Her latest book of play-rhymes Big Red Dragon was published in August 2024, Otter-Barry Books.
